    Alternating warmth and cold across multiple cycles, paced to your body. Sauna heat opens circulation and primes the system; the cold plunge sharpens the reset. Restore the body and mind in rhythm.

  2. Step 2

    10 minutes

    Refreshing shower

    A final rinse to cleanse and rejuvenate — you exit the suite feeling completely revitalized.

Before You Come In

First‑visit questions.

How cold is the plunge?

Between 38 and 42 °F (3 – 6 °C). It feels sharp for the first 30 seconds — and then your body adapts. You’re always in control of how long you stay.

What if I’ve never done cold immersion?

You’ll be more comfortable than you think. We start you at shorter durations and build with you. The protocol is designed to be genuinely accessible to a first-timer.

Can I bring a friend or partner?

Yes — sessions can be booked for one, two, or three guests in the same suite. Pricing scales gently: $60 solo, $100 for two ($50 each), $140+ for three. Choose the right "Person" variant in the booking widget.

What should I eat before and after?

Come hydrated but not on a full stomach — ideally 90 minutes after a light meal. Afterward, something warm and savoury. Hard cardio the same day isn’t recommended.

How often should I come back?

The effect compounds. Once a week produces the strongest sustained benefit; two to three times a week is the rhythm many of our regulars settle into.

Any contraindications?

Heart conditions, pregnancy, severe blood-pressure issues, and certain medications can affect safety. Please disclose any conditions when booking — our team will guide you.
