APN Clinic Programs
Clinical Programme
Neurodivergent Healing.
Individualized care for autism, ADHD, and regulatory disorders — at the intersection of nervous‑system stability, communication, and verbal progress.
Overview
The work Amanda is most known for.
Neurodivergence is not a single condition with a single solution. Our approach treats the terrain underneath the diagnosis — addressing nervous‑system regulation, inflammatory burden, drainage, and biochemistry as an integrated system, individualized to each child or adult.
The clinical outcomes we’re most known for — verbal progress, improved regulation, greater stability — come from this terrain-first approach, applied patiently across a custom arc of care.
Who This Is For
Families and individuals we work with.
-
Children with autism
Supporting regulation, communication, sleep, gut function, and verbal development.
-
ADHD & attention dysregulation
Children and adults alike, addressing terrain factors that affect attention and impulse control.
-
Sensory & regulatory disorders
Where the nervous system is operating in a chronically activated or shut-down state.
-
Families seeking root‑cause work
Often alongside conventional therapies — OT, speech, behavioural — not instead of them.
-
Plateaued in conventional support
When progress has stalled and the path forward isn’t obvious.
-
Adults with late‑identified neurodivergence
Including burnout, sensory overwhelm, and the metabolic correlates that often accompany it.
The Arc
How care unfolds.
There is no fixed protocol. The arc below is the structure within which the work is individualized for each family or adult.
-
Stage 1
Initial visit
Comprehensive intake
Deep history, auricular and bioenergetic assessment, terrain mapping. We listen carefully.
-
Stage 2
Early weeks
Foundation work
Drainage, regulation, and gut terrain support. The first visible changes usually come from here.
-
Stage 3
Ongoing
Specific layered intervention
As terrain stabilizes, we add targeted work — heavy metal clearance, immune regulation, mitochondrial support — whatever the case calls for.
-
Stage 4
Long term
Integration & maintenance
Visits become less frequent as gains hold. We remain a steady presence when life or development shifts.
What’s Included
Care, not transactions.
-
Comprehensive intake
Time-rich first visit — we take the full history, then begin.
-
Custom apothecary protocol
Drainage, regulatory, and supportive formulas dispensed from our clinical apothecary.
-
Parent & family coaching
Practical, brief guidance between visits — how to support the work at home.
-
Integration with other practitioners
We coordinate care with OT, speech, psychology, and medical providers where helpful.
Before You Begin
Common questions.
Is this work safe for young children?
Yes — paediatric care is one of Amanda’s primary areas of practice. The protocols are gentle, low-dose, and continuously titrated to the child’s tolerance and response.
How do you measure progress?
Together with you. Parents notice changes first — usually in sleep, gut function, regulation, and verbal initiation. We document, compare visit to visit, and adjust.
Do you work alongside conventional therapies?
Yes, deliberately. We are not a replacement for OT, speech, psychology, or medical care — we work alongside them, and gains in our work often unlock progress in others.
What if my child won’t cooperate with the assessment?
We adapt. The auricular and bioenergetic work can be done quickly and gently. Many children who arrive dysregulated leave the first visit calmer than they came.
How long is a typical arc of care?
It varies. Early gains often show in weeks; the meaningful, holding work usually unfolds across six to eighteen months. Some families remain with us for years.
What does this cost?
Cost is reviewed transparently at your initial consultation. We are happy to outline expected visit frequency and apothecary support so you can budget accurately.
Begin Care
Patient, considered, deeply personal.
Every neurodivergent care journey at APN Clinic begins with a comprehensive consultation. We’ll confirm fit, set expectations, and start the work in the same visit where appropriate.
