Aurum Spa Neuro‑Sensory

Neuro‑Sensory Session

BrainTap.

Twenty minutes of guided audio, light pulses, and binaural frequencies to lead the brain into calm, focus, or restoration.

20 min Multiple Programs Pairs With Sauna

Overview

A 20‑minute reset for the brain itself.

BrainTap uses synchronized light, sound, and breath cues delivered through a headset to gently guide brainwave activity into a specific state — calm, focus, deep relaxation, or pre-sleep recovery, depending on the program chosen.

The experience is passive and pleasant. You recline, close your eyes, and follow. Most clients describe a session as meditation that does itself.

Before You Come In

First‑visit questions.

How does BrainTap actually work?

It pairs guided audio with synchronized light pulses at specific frequencies. Through a process called brainwave entrainment, the brain naturally follows along, shifting into the state being suggested — calm, focused, drowsy, etc.

Is it safe?

For most people, yes. The technology is well‑researched and widely used. There are specific contraindications below.

Are there contraindications?

BrainTap is not recommended for people with a history of seizures, photosensitive epilepsy, or recent significant head trauma. Please disclose any conditions when booking.

Will I fall asleep?

Sometimes — particularly with the sleep and deep relaxation programs. That’s a sign you needed it. We wake you gently at the end.

Can I drive after?

Yes. Some clients feel pleasantly relaxed; we recommend a few minutes in the lounge before going back to the day. Hydration helps.

How often should I come?

Once a week is a strong starting cadence. The effect compounds — clients who practice 2 – 3 times weekly report the most noticeable shifts in sleep, focus, and stress.
